Marketing & Management

I have been working in B2B & B2C marketing for years. In my experience I have developed marketing management strategy that increases the demand of products or services to which the customer finds add on values and interest them to buy the products. I always prefer to use marketing mix to come up with good marketing management strategy where I can manage the calculative risk and quick take an alternative decision. Creating value is important. I always tend to create value to every product and services I market for. In this competitive world a strategy explores the process of understanding, creating and delivering value to targeted business markets and customers.

My experience in Marketing Management in the companies-

  • Administer lead generation and e-mail response through website;
  • Manage lead input into CRM database on daily basis;
  • Launch, managed database marketing and direct mail campaign;
  • Organized trade shows signing contract, tracking and recording merchandise transactions in coordinating with operations and shipping departments to meet deadlines, managed lead input to CRM;
  • Developed trade shows presentations and managed trade show inventory;
  • Implemented policies and procedures in marketing department for literature request, digital photos and file distribution to other departments;
  • Brainstorming with cross functional team to make a better marketing plan to gain customer confidence;
  • Worked with upper management with budget, market trends, technical scope and profit & loss forecast to get approval.
  • Managed technical team of developers, designers;
    Planned & implemented system available for other corporate executive to use digital asset, files, photos to increase sales;
    Came up with policies & procedures for all employees in the company how to upload files & phots and save master copies, password/username, vendors account, quotes, communication history and transactions for future references;
  • Maintain all outside vendors and advertising campaign and track budget for each campaign for future decision for budget allocation;
  • Support other departments with creative services and came up with timeline policy to deliver creative projects;
  • Review the progress of the list on projects daily basis;
  • Worked with the timeline with the team to catch up internal projects;
  • Maintain all press releases on product announcement, new product launch, tradeshows 7 event to make sure registration process completed error free;
  • Review all quote requests or inquiries, complains come via website and redirect those to responsible manager;
  • Work with quality assurance or customer service mangers to enhance customer service experience and return or damages products;
  • Conduct all marketing research, marketing analysis, reporting and work with upper management in decision making process with correct data;
  • Manage all the direct marketing initiatives and tracking phone calls of inquiries;
  • Take care of the other responsibilities on daily basis if needed
